The sheet tab context menu merely provides an extra way to access Gnumeric commands related to sheets and to select the desired sheet. The Manage Sheets..., Insert, Append, Duplicate, Remove, Rename, and Resize... commands are taken from the Sheet submenu of the Edit menu and are explained in Section 4.2.3 ― The Edit Menu. The Select and Select (sorted) submenus provided for an easy way of selecting an existing sheet. The Select submenu lists the sheets in the order they appear in the workbook while the Select (sorted) submenu lists them in alphabetic order.
